The data from my fitness tracker is not synchronising with the Youbi app

If your data in the Youbi app is not up to date, please first check whether your fitness tracker has sent the data to the tracking app. Only if the tracking app receives the data can it be forwarded to the Youbi app. This process takes place several times a day, so please wait a little until the data appears in the Youbi app.

In some cases, the update can take up to 24 hours, but it is usually faster.

Make sure you have given the Youbi app all the necessary permissions in your tracking app to access your activity data.

If the data is still not synchronised after 24 hours, try disconnecting from the tracking app and then reconnecting.
