My fitness tracker provider is not displayed in the Youbi app. What can I do?

No problem! Even if your tracker is not directly supported, we can often still track your steps - via Google Fit (Android) or Apple Health (Apple). Here's how it works:

Apple Health:

1. Download your tracker's app (e.g. Mi Fit) and sign in.
2. Allow access to Apple Health (the option appears at the beginning or in the settings)
3. Open Apple Health, go to
Sources, select your tracker (e.g. Mi Fit) and activate access.
4. In the Youbi app, go to ’
Menu' (three bars top left)’ > ’Tracker connection‘ and select ‘Apple Health

Google Fit:

1. Download the app of your tracker (e.g. Mi Fit) and log in.
2. Allow access to Google Fit (this option appears at the beginning or in the settings)
3. Check the connection to Google Fit by opening the Google Fit app and looking under Profile > 'Settings' > ‘
Manage connected apps’ Make sure you are using the same Google account as for the tracker app.
4. In the Youbi app, go to ‘
Menu' (three bars top left)‘ > ‘Tracker connection’ and select ‘Google Fit‘.
