The ‘Challenges’ and ‘Progress’ sections are specially designed to motivate you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Connect a fitness tracker and take part in exciting challenges or create your own. Compete with users
 and experience motivating goals together - from climbing Mount Everest to ‘travelling to the moon’. Find out who makes the biggest contribution to the team's success!

Note on anonymity: only nicknames are displayed in the winners' table, so you can remain anonymous and simply enjoy your ranking.

Progress - keeping an eye on your personal goals
In the ‘Progress’ section, you focus on your individual health goals. Every week, a personal weekly goal that promotes mindfulness, exercise minutes and health-related knowledge awaits you.
