How can you request an extract of your data?

Request via the app
You can request to see what personal data we store about you at any time. Simply follow these steps in the app:

1. Go to the menu (three bars at the top left)
2. Select Account > Manage account > Request data
3. Enter your email address
 (watch out for typos)

That's it! We will automatically send you a data extract.

If you are unable to use the app, you can also request your data via our Customer Support: support@youbi.app

Important: as this is personal data, please contact us using the email address you used to register in the app so that we can verify your identity. If you registered with your Apple ID and an alias email address, please include this alias address in your enquiry. Our support will then verify the alias email.
