How to log in to your account

Having trouble logging in? Here are some common causes and tips to help you solve the problem:

Forgot your password?
No problem! Depending on the registration type, you can easily reset your password. You can find more information
here.

Please note that your password is case-sensitive. Details on password requirements can be found here.

First login at Youbi?
If this is your first visit, you must first register to access your account.

Other possible causes:

1. Make sure you are on the correct login screen. You can find this at the bottom right of the home screen under ‘Sign in’.
2. If you have registered via your Apple ID or Google account, use these credentials.
3. Some users have registered with a username instead of an email address. In this case, log in with your username and password. Note: Your username is not your Youbi ID.
4. Sometimes your smartphone automatically inserts a space in the email or username field. Check this and remove the space if necessary.

Please note that your insurance company cannot create an account for you in advance. You must set up your user account yourself by registering before you can log in.
