Deletion request via the app
You can delete your account and all stored personal data directly in the app.
Important: This process is final. As soon as you start the deletion process, you will be logged out of the app and your data will be irrevocably deleted. Therefore, be sure that you really want to proceed.
To delete your account, proceed as follows in the app
1. Go to the menu (three bars at the top left)
2. Select Account > Manage account > Delete account
3. Click on 'Delete account' again and enter your email address (watch out for typos)
Once you have completed these steps, your account will be automatically deleted within 3 working days.

If you are unable to use the app, you can also request deletion via our Customer Support: support@youbi.app
Note: as this is personal data, please send the request via the email address you used when registering so that we can verify your identity. If you use an Apple ID with an alias email address, please include this alias address in your enquiry so that our support team can verify your identity.
