Your weekly progress is always calculated on Mondays for the previous week. If the data from your fitness tracker is not available in our system at this time, your progress may not be fully recorded.
Don't worry! If you synchronise your tracker during the day on Monday and we then receive the data for the previous week, it will be taken into account retrospectively. Every Friday we check again to see if any data has been received. If so, your weekly progress will be updated accordingly and any interrupted success streak will be restored.
Important:
There will be no new correction after this period. Therefore, make sure that you synchronise your fitness tracker regularly and that it is connected to Youbi.
